VIP Terms of Service

Welcome to VIP. Before registering, signing in, or using the services, please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy carefully. On first launch, you may enter the App only after actively selecting “Agree and continue” in a separate notice. Merely viewing an agreement page, remaining silent, or leaving the page does not constitute consent. If you do not agree, select “Decline and exit” and stop using the services.
Services
VIP provides life services, task orders, order payments, wallet top-ups, earnings credits, withdrawal requests, chat, and related supporting features.
User responsibilities
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information and must not impersonate another person.
- You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, or harmful to another person’s rights or interests.
- You must fulfill orders as agreed and comply with the platform’s transaction and payment rules.
Payment and settlement
The platform may support wallet balances, WeChat Pay in the WeChat app, Alipay in the Alipay app, and other methods. Available payment features depend on what is displayed in the App and the status enabled by the relevant payment provider. Refunds, withdrawals, freezes, and settlements are governed by platform rules and the payment institution’s processing result.
Changes to the services
We may adjust the services in response to business development, laws or regulations, or security requirements. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or website.

Google Play version
The VIP app distributed through Google Play provides communication features only. It does not offer payments, wallet balances, top-ups, withdrawals, red packets, paid groups, subscriptions or other financial features.
Community rules
You must be 18 or older. You must not post or send content that sexualises minors, harasses, threatens or bullies others, promotes hatred or violence, is sexually explicit, promotes illegal goods or activities, impersonates others, spreads malware or spam, or infringes others’ rights. You can report content or users in the app and block anyone. We review reports, remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts. Child safety reports are handled with top priority, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and the competent authorities.
AI features
Translations, transcripts, AI-generated voices and AI analysis results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety or financial decisions. You can report inappropriate AI output in the app.
Child safety and account deletion
VIP has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Such content is removed, offending accounts are banned and we report it to NCMEC and the competent authorities. Report it in the app with the reason "Child safety" or email support@vip.world. Read our Child Safety Standards.
You can delete your account and data at any time in the app under Me, then Security Center, then Delete account, or by email. See Delete your account and data for what is deleted and what the law requires us to keep.
