Delete your VIP account and data

Who this page is for

This page explains how to delete an account in the VIP app (Android package com.money.solver, developer 广州噬界网络科技有限公司) and which data is deleted or kept. You can delete your account at any time, free of charge.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open VIP and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Me, then Security Center.
3. Tap Delete account, read the notice and confirm.
4. Enter your password to confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, email support@vip.world with the subject "Account deletion". Send it from the email address registered to the account, or include the phone number registered to the account and your VIP ID. We may ask for a one-time verification code to confirm that you own the account. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

To delete only some data without deleting your account, delete the message, post, comment or VIP Cloud file in the app, or email support@vip.world and tell us what you want removed.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, nickname, avatar, bio, phone number, email address, gender, birthday, region and real-name details.
• Messages you sent in private chats and groups, their translations and favourites, plus your group memberships and read status.
• Friends, friend requests and block lists (in both directions).
• Your posts, comments, likes, views and poll votes. A post that other users bought earlier is hidden and detached from your identity instead.
• VIP Cloud files, folders, shared links and transfer jobs. The stored files are removed from cloud storage right after deletion.
• Stickers, login devices and sessions, push tokens, saved addresses, location and driver data, and AI personalization preferences.
• Groups you own pass to their longest-standing member. A group with no other members is dissolved.

What is kept, and why

We keep only records that the law requires or that protect other users. They are stripped of your name, phone number, email address and avatar and are no longer linked to a usable account:

• Payment, transaction, withdrawal and order records, for the period required by accounting, tax and anti-fraud law.
• Real-name verification records, only if the account has financial history that the law requires us to keep.
• Reports, moderation and security audit records, including child safety reports, to protect users and to cooperate with law enforcement.
• Records of the consents you gave or withdrew (privacy, SMS and AI consents), to show that we respected your choices.

Timing

• In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Your profile, messages, posts and relationships disappear from the app at once.
• VIP Cloud files are removed from storage right after deletion; failed removals are retried automatically.
• Photos, videos and attachments you sent are unlinked from your account and can no longer be opened in the app. If you want remaining storage copies erased, email support@vip.world and we will erase them within 30 days.
• Data in encrypted backups is overwritten during normal backup rotation and is never restored into the live service.

Before you can delete

Deletion cannot leave money or other people stranded. If the account still has a balance, a pending payment, withdrawal or refund, or an open order, task, ride or delivery, the app lists what to settle first. Contact support@vip.world if you need help.
